What Doover processes

Doover processes the photos you deliberately choose or capture, your editing instructions, saved effects, editing history, and limited service events needed to operate and improve the app. We receive an Apple account identifier or verified phone number when you choose that sign-in method.

How we use information

We use this information only to authenticate you, generate and store your edits, synchronize your projects and effects, secure the service, provide support, and understand aggregate product reliability. We do not sell personal information or use your photos for advertising.

AI processing

When you request an AI edit, the selected image and instruction are sent to our contracted AI service provider to produce the requested result. Doover does not permit the provider to use API inputs or outputs to train its general models.

Storage and security

Cloud media and account data are stored in the United States using encrypted AWS services. Credentials are kept in the iOS Keychain. Access is restricted by short-lived tokens and production monitoring.

Deletion and retention

You can permanently delete your account inside Profile → Account → Delete account. Live projects, effects, event data, sessions, and the phone identity are removed. Encrypted recovery copies and noncurrent media versions expire within 30 days. Product reliability events otherwise expire after 90 days.

Your choices

You control Photos and Camera permissions in iOS Settings and can sign out or delete your account at any time. Photos saved to your personal Photos library remain under your control.
